The Fetal Diagnostic Center opened in November of 2007 and is solely dedicated to the patients of Contemporary OB/GYN of Western Kentucky. 

Dr. Mueller chose to open this center to provide the most state-of-the-art fetal diagnostics available in a convenient and easily accessible location. 

These advanced technologies include:

• 3D/4D Ultrasound

• Fetal Monitoring & Surveillance

• Preterm Birth Assessment

• Prenatal Screenings

The Fetal Diagnostic Center includes and Family Viewing Center for Ultrasounds and a Fetal Monitoring Center.  It is conveniently located directly across from the Labor & Delivery Department of Western Baptist Hospital in Suite 200 of Doctors Building Two. 

A warm color palette, flowing fountain, and comfortable seating create a welcoming environment for our patients.

Each 3D/4D ultrasound is displayed on a 52" plasma screen monitor and expanded seating is provided for family and friends.

We combine this welcoming environment with advanced technology to give you an unforgettable ultrasound experience. 

Pictures are not only printed for you at your visit, but you are given a CD with pictures and video to save and share with friends and family. 

The following images are of our first of two family viewing centers at Contemporary OB/GYN of Western Kentucky. Our second viewing center is still under construction in our Main Office. 3D/4D ultrasound machines are in both centers. 

By providing in-office fetal monitoring and surveillance, we are able to reassure fetal    well-being in a comfortable and friendly environment.  This can also reduce unnecessary hospital visits and costs for the patient. 

Our patients enjoy watching television on the 52" plasma screen monitor and relax in the plush, massaging, recliners during their visit.
